With our projects, we contribute to reducing poverty, restoring and maintaining indigenous forest landscapes in Madagascar's village community of Fihaonana.

Fianarana Project
Fianarana enables needy, motivated young people to study at university and help them start their careers.
Tantely Project
Tantely produces honey, creates fair jobs and restores local forests.

Sakafo Project with subproject Rano
Sakafo runs its own organic farm in Fihaonana and produces food for the benefit of students and cost efficiency of Fianarana. Rano is responsible for building and maintaining the self-sufficient water infrastructure.

Fabio launched today's CHANGING in March 2018. A lot has literally changed since then. Nomena and Masoud played a key role in developing CHANGING, so that there are rightly three founding members. Fabio, Nomena and Masoud form the management and board of directors and are currently the only members of the association in Switzerland. We have neither renowned institutions nor experts on board within the association, although we strongly support the separation of powers for greater credibility and a lively and constant exchange of knowledge. Since we are very young as an NGO, there have simply been no such partnerships so far.
